Thinking about going gluten free and need some guidance? Already gluten free and don’t want to buy products that you’re not sure you’ll like? Dealing with other food allergies? Then the Gluten and Allergen Free Expo is the place to be this weekend. The Dallas Gluten & Allergen Free Expo will be held on September 8-9 at the Westin Park Central.
The vendor fair will have over 100 vendors sampling and selling their products. All vendors will have a sign indicating which allergens their products contain. Taste before you buy! Peruse or buy a book at the book fair. Or attend some of the many classes and seminars that are offered regarding living a GlutenFree life. Seminars range from Gluten Free 101 to how to travel and save money on a GF diet.
Learn how to make flaky pie crusts, savory baked goods, ancient grain crackers or what to do with cooking and baking with the different forms of quinoa.(I’ve heard that is an awesome class!)
The $20 price of admission covers the vendor fair,classes and seminars. Check their website for childrens’ and early bird pricing.
