On the Plaza in Carrollton

By Judy Chamberlain
The tuna salad at Joseph and Leticia Cuellar’s cute little Broadway Bistro Cafe in Old Town Carrollton is very unusual, and I crave it constantly. Chef Joseph poaches fresh tuna for the salad, which I like to customize by requesting it on a couple of slices of wheat toast, with the addition of red onions and tomatoes. We are talking delicious here, folks. The Bistro’s menu has recently expanded to include entree specials.
Check out the delicious home baked cookies and the unique selection of South African wines. The Cuellars, who are working on developing the catering side of their business, are also wonderful dancers – which adds to the entertainment factor on weekend nights, when live bands perform.
