Look for a new restaurant to open at 8041 Walnut Hill called Nazca Kitchen. This new spot is owned by the fellows behind the local Red, Hot and Blue and will serve what they label as authentic South American cuisine.
A peek at the interior was absolutely beautiful with fantastic photographs of the region the restaurant emulates.
Look for fresh fish ceviches, roasted chicken and Acai breakfast bowls. They also will offer a special coffee blend that will be sold at Central Market. Look for the Nazca to open soon. We will offer the full menu once we purloin one.
Do you have an estimate as to when it will open? Looking forward to it!
The opening date is tentatively set for December 21.
