Perry’s Opening In Frisco

Perry’s Steakhouse announced today that it is opening a new location at  Stonebriar Centre on Preston Road and SH 121 in Frisco. The new restaurant will accommodate 350 guests and include design features such as a towering wine wall, four private dining rooms, an island bar, main dining with glimpses of the kitchen, and an outdoor patio.

Famous for its selection of butcher-fresh Prime beef, Perry’s is also known for its unexpected steakhouse specialty – Perry’s Famous Pork Chop, a seven-finger tall chop that is dried, cured and roasted, then caramelized and topped with Perry’s signature herb-garlic butter. Perry’s is also home to Bar 79, which offers Social Hour featuring specially priced bar menu items, wines and martinis weekdays from 4-6:30 p.m. and Sundays from 4-9 p.m.

“From our roots as a meat market, we’ve grown to focus not only on great food, but also the experience of our guests,” said Chris Perry, founder and owner of Perry’s Restaurants. “At Perry’s, you can expect distinctive signature dishes carved tableside, flaming desserts prepared tableside, mixology creations made with ingredients fresh from the kitchen, and live music daily, all adding up to an atmosphere that is elegant, yet casual and welcoming.”

The desire for an ambiance that stands out from other steakhouses has led to a philosophy of design and architecture that is driven by each individual community Perry’s serves. By incorporating light, airy, modern touches to the various dining areas, Perry’s creates an environment that appeals to both men and women, and whisks away the notion of a traditional stuffy steakhouse.

“The Dallas area has truly embraced us, and we’re excited to expand to Frisco,” Perry said. “Our mission is to provide an experience that is both Rare and Well Done, and we look forward to serving this community.”

That is fun news. Any idea on the opening date? Building from the ground up?

  2. Hi Bill, It’s new construction and will be a freestanding location. The new restaurant will be located on mall’s outer ring next to Haverty’s.
