Just a few years ago we didn’t see many underground dinners, but as of late there have been several spots that have made a cottage industry of these intimate dining events in the most unusual locations. The Wine Poste is one of these locations, and the nearly hidden building was built equipped with a small kitchen and an even larger prep area to provide guests with this marvelous one-of-a-kind dining experience. Many recognizable chefs from in and around the Dallas area have performed their special kitchen magic at Wine Poste, and last week we witnessed one from a chef that until recently had been on a sabbatical of sorts. Thanksgiving is upon us once again and all the gobblers are running for cover. To get you in the mood for a little fun and relaxation we asked a few chefs around Dallas a few questions so we get our dinner cooked just right. You may have seen Mark McDaniel working at one of the many charity events throughout the Dallas area. The chef champions great causes and is always willing to lend his spoon to help.
