In A Brilliant Move, SER Is Celebrating Valentine’s Day Friday Through Sunday

SĒR Steak + Spirits located atop the Hilton Anatole, is starting Valentine’s Day early this year. With its 360 degree views of the sparkling Dallas skyline, SĒR will be celebrating the day of love Friday through Sunday. Each evening will feature a decadent tasting menu prepared by Chef Anthony Van Camp.  Additionally, SĒR will also be offering a selection of favorites from the regular menu over the weekend. Master entertainer, W.T. Greer, will entertain guests on the baby grand piano in the dining room.

After dinner, the Bubble Lounge will feature exquisite champagnes by the glass and a lavish array of elegant desserts. Chocolate fountains surrounding a six-foot ice sculpture will be the centerpiece of the room, while romantic sounds from a white baby grand piano will add to the romantic and intimate setting of the space.   Continue reading

SĒR Unveils Wine Dinner, Wine Club and Craft Beer Additions

SËR Steak + Spirits, the innovative steak house atop the Hilton Anatole Hotel sends a press release of two wine-focused events, and a private email on the subject of craft beer.

First, the restaurant is hosting Napa’s Merryvale Vineyards on Thursday October 16th with none other than winery President René Schlatter presenting. A reception in the hotel’s “Gossip Bar” starts at 6:30pm with dinner at 7pm on the 27th floor at SĒR. Guests will enjoy five Merryvale wines paired with a 4-course dinner prepared by SĒR execuchef, Anthony Van Camp. Price is $149 (plus t&t).  Continue reading

Ser Steak+Spirit+Bubbly = Good Times

Steven couldn’t make the Veuve with a View at Ser Steak+Spirit dinner, so the burden of eating amazing steak and sipping fine champagne fell on my shoulders.  You have to be a team player here at CraveDFW.  Below is how my dutiful evening went.

Mahogany aromas greeted me when I stepped off the elevator on the 27th floor of the Hilton Anatole.  The area I was seated had an intimate feel like the rest of the restaurant.  Stephanie a superb waitresses served me a glass of the Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut as I appreciated the Dallas skyline.  Lights from commuters on 35 reflected of the atrium of the hotel as I enjoy my appley champagne.  It’s going to be a good night.    Continue reading
