McCallister at Central Market

by Steven Doyle

Central Market  just announced a series of dinners called The Chefs Table that is patterned after “pop-up restaurants” that are very popular in a variety of strong food cities, including New York City and San Francisco. Each of the dinners seat 34 people. There will be strong interaction with the chef as well as some demonstration.

There are still a few seats available for chef Matt McCallister who just returned yesterday from his staging in Chicago. The restaurant he was working at for 3 weeks was Alinea which was rank as number six by San Pellagrino just yesterday, and we might be able to hear about some of his experiences at the dinner May 4th.

Buy your tickets now before they are sold out.
