Sommelier Gina Gottlich

Bijoux sommelier and owner, Gina Gottlich, will hold her fourth installment of Swirl & Sip where she and her pupils will discover the wines crafted in the world’s major wine industry capital, Bordeaux. Four selections will be tasted while Gina educates on the wine’s history and expounds upon Bordeaux-native varietals. The libations will be paired with four perfectly-matched canapés, compliments of husband and partner, Chef Scott Gottlich. This class is reservation only, and space is limited.
Wines served will include: St-Jean-des-Graves Blanc, Graves Chateau la Fleur, St. Emilion Chateau Cordeillan-Bages, Pauillac Chateau Carmes de Rieussec, Sauternes.
