You may know DLynn Proctor, the man about town and consulting sommelier at Cedars Social, but have you met DLynn Proctor the winemaker?
Proctor has gone in cahoots with Mike Farris, and Trey Crawford and created a label employing winemaker, a UC Davis Alumni, Rudy Zuidema (Formerly Wirra Wirra, Robert Craig, Ehlers, and Currently White Cottage in Howell Mountain), to craft wines at Bin2Botlle in Napa Valley.
Said Protcor, “Some opportunities you just cant pass up. Rudy Zuidema is a class act and has a great history in the Valley. I am looking forward to everyone enjoying these incredible wines.”
