CraveDFW and Abraham Salum at Komali wish to bring you Casa Noble Tequila and an evening of fine dining. We will give away a two seats for this October 12th special dinner, but do not hesitate in making a reservation as the special event is filling fast. To win two seats give us a shout out in comments and we will award this prize later this week.
Special guests will include the owners of the tequila brand, Pepe Hermosillo and Carlos Santana (yes, that Carlos).
The family-owned distillery makes handcrafted tequilas that are exported to over 23 countries. Casa Noble and Santana family have the same origin— Jalisco, Mexico, both families dating back to the 1700s. The ten time Grammy winning artist feels “spiritually connected to the Hermosillo family and Casa Noble. Together they celebrate the gift of life and all of the blessings that come with it.

Crema de Chile Mulato y Jitomate con Camarones, Crujientes en Tortilla, Queso Fresco Asado y Aguacate
Cream of Mulato Chile and Tomato with Tortilla Crusted Shrimp, Grilled Queso Fresco and Avocado
Second Course
Filete de Res Rostizado con Costra de Chicharron o Papas Toreadas con Serranos y Salsa de Chilorio
Oven Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Chicharron Crust or Serrano Sautéed Potatoes and Chilorio Sauce

Mousse de Chocolate Mexicano con Palanqueta de Pepita y Galletitas de Canela

Man, so much is happening this night! We have our cooking class with Dive’s chef/owner Francesca Nor!!! She’s a pro though… maybe I could sneak out after she gets going and come if you PICK ME! ; )
…and when I was in Atlanta, staying at the St. Regis, I see this cool-looking group of people at the valet line when I was checking out… and lo and behold, I’m standing next to Carlos Santana… yes, that Carlos.
Tell me how I never have seen this web sight before. All my friends at work talk about this. Enter me in the contest but I made reservations just in case.

I threw my fiancee’s birthday dinner at Komali and it was amazing! Add great Tequila and a guitar God and it sounds like the perfect dinner
oh yeah, we also saw Carlos here at the Ritz a couple of weekends ago
So we had a baby a couple of months ago and the wife and I are finally ready to venture out and get the babysitter on board. I’m thinking this is the perfect occasion! Great food – check. CRAVEDFW – check. Tequilla – check. And Carlos freaking Santana? Oh my god, this could be the night of our lives and just what we need! Pick us puhhlease!
