As we get closer to Thanksgiving, you probably should be thinking where you will have your family meal. There are many options in Dallas, and here are a few that have contacted craveDFW to let us know what they will be doing.

What is your favorite holiday meal away from home?
The Fatted Calf: Located in Rockwall, the Fatted Calf will be serving a traditional meal from 11am to 4pm for $25 per person, children 4 to 10 paying 10.95. You may also order any Thanksgiving item ala carte, including whole pies. Prices listed on their website. 24 hour notice for to-go orders.
Fearing’s Restaurant: Thanksgiving Lunch and Dinner: 11:15AM to 3PM and 5PM to 8PM. Choices on three course dinner, $95 for adults and $35 for children.
The Pyramid Restaurant: Located in the historic Fairmont Hotel downtown, chef natera is offering a Thanksgiving brunch with seating at 10:30 am, 11:00am, 1:00pm and 1:30pm. The price is all inclusive for $49.95 for adults; $44.95 for seniors; $25.95 ages 14-8; and no charge for children ages 7 and under. Includes mimosas and parking. Also that evening Natera is serving dinner from 6pm to 10pm for $49.95. There is also a plated dinner available, as well as turkeys to-go. The Grape: Chef Brian Luscher would like to make you a complete Smoked Amish Turkey Dinner. Pricing varies depending on amount serving. Also available are his winning Brown Sugar-Maple Glazed Hams. If you have your turkey covered, The Grape will also provide just sides with many to choose from, including whole pies.
Canary By Gorji: Thanksgiving Dinner Thursday, November 24th—5:00-9:30PM. Three course dinner for $30.
Marquee Grill: Thanksgiving Menu Thursday, November 24th 11:00AM – 3:00PM. Three course dinner for $55 for adults and $20 for children 12 and under. Reservations a must.
The Mansion: Join chef Davillon for a tradition Thanksgiving splendor at $105 per person.
Off the Bone Barbeque: Cajun Fried and Smoked Turkeys available for pick-up by noon on Wednesday, November 23 for $47.50 and smoked hams for $45.
TJ’s Seafood Market: Jon at TJ’s is reminding us that the Pilgrims did not eat turkey for their Thanksgiving meal, but instead ate plenty of fish. TJ’s is offering an extensive take away package for the holiday. Visit them on-line for all the details.
Highland Park Cafeteria: Here you may order a complete meal to go, starting at $59.95, or opt to stop in for service Thanksgiving Day from 10:30 to 3:00 pm. The price is $10.99 per person.
Cru Wine Bar: All locations of this wine bar will celebrate with their traditional dinner from noon to 9pm for $35. Children eat half price.
Baileys Prime Plus: Bailey’s is offering their Thanksgiving meal from noon to 9PM at $64 per person, children under 12 dine for $12. The restaurant also offers a lavish take-away menu.
Holy Grail: The brew pub will feature a special holiday meal from noon to 7PM for $30 with a #15 up tick for a beer pairing. Children under 12 dine for $12.
Bonnell’s Texas Fine Cuisine: Place your order for entire meals or ala carte. All order must be made by Friday the 18th, and picked up by 9pm on Wednesday the 23rd.
Eden Café: Eden is taking special orders for their fruit cakes, and will also have a special Thanksgiving buffet available. Call for details.
Central 214: Located at the Palomar Hotel in Dallas, the restaurant is offering its Thanksgiving dinner from 10:30am-2:30pm for $30.
Charlie Palmer at the Joule: Dine at Charlie Palmer from 11am to 3pm for $45, children dine for $15.
Smoke: Join chef Tim Byres and staff for their traditional dinner for $25, kids pay their age.
Cool River: Four course traditional dinner for $34.95, children for $14.95.
The Landmark Restaurant at the Melrose: 50 dishes served on their traditional grand buffet for $55. Children from 5-12 dine for $24.
Maguires North Dallas: Traditional turky dinner for $35, children 5 to 11 are $12.
Princi Italia: New to the restaurant landscape, they are offering an Italian-inspired Traditional Thanksgiving dinner from noon to 9pm. 3 courses are $35 and kids eat half price.
Old Warsaw: Offering their special four course meal for $39.95.
Palomino: Palomino is offering their traditional take on Thanksgiving for $27.
Silver Fox:Join this traditional steakhouse at one of their multiple locations for Thanksgiving at a cost of $42.95 and children for $14.95.
Empire Baking Company: Is serving up a vast array of baked goods to supplement your holiday feast. Check them out online for all the pie, cake and other baked good deals.
Simply Fondue (Fort Worth): Join Simply Fondue from 11am to 8pm for Thanksgiving dinner for $39 per person.
Steve Fields Steak and Lobster Lounge: Steve Fields is offering their holiday dinner for $24 per person, children are only $14.
Kent Rathbun Blue Plate: Offering to-go and delivering meals. Check out his website for details.
Craft Dallas: Enjoy a four course dinner from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Price is $85 per person or $45 for children per child (aged 6-12), and kids under 5 eat for free.
Hotel Intercontinental:The Hotel Intercontinental is serving a Thanksgiving Buffet with all your traditional favorites as well as a few bonuses like sushi and risotto. $65 adult / $20 (children 4-12) from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
Mignon:A Thanksgiving Day Buffet is served from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Cost is $39.95 per adult and $18.95 ages10 years and under.
Kalachandi’s: Try out this great vegetarian option for $15.95 in the cool surroundings of the Krishna temple.
III Forks: III Forks is offering a traditional dinner for $42.95 and children $14.95.

We just need help with sides and was thinking maybe a grocery store like Central Market. I see Highland Park Cafeteria is on this list, can they sell just what sides we want? This would be so much better. Luby’s sucks so bad now.

Yes, Highland Park Cafeteria sells all sides by the quart or gallon… Just order what you would like~Baked Squash, Real Mashed Potatoes, Candied Yams…. All made from fresh, real veggies….
