Russo’s Coal-Fired Italian Kitchen Has New Menu and Brunch

Russo’s Coal-Fired Italian Kitchen is giving DFW something to talk about this holiday season, starting with a new menu, brunch, and custom catering service.

“The new menu features something that everyone will enjoy,” explains manager, Chris DeMers. “You will find all the traditional Italian dishes as well as unique options like Chicken Puttanesca and Veal Francese. This menu is for someone who wants a traditional Italian meal but likes to change it up every once in awhile. There are not many Italian restaurants that can offer 25 well-made pasta dishes.”  

All items are also made-from-scratch daily with fresh, premium ingredients. Russo’s works directly with dairy farms, flourmills, tomato growers and an olive oil producer to provide guests with high quality dishes. The menu also offers great options for the health conscious consumer carrying a gluten free pizza option and gluten free or multi-grain pasta choices. New dishes on the menu were carefully added to fit in with Russo’s brand. In addition to the full menu, the Express Lunch menu gives local lunch guests high-quality Italian dining with prompt service for under $10. To make things easy patrons can call-in and place orders for pick up. In house specials and features are also offered daily.

Along with the new menu, Russo’s in Richardson also offers custom catering. Russo’s will work with a guest to plan the perfect event, from dine-in parties to a set-up and serve dinner paired with exquisite wines.

“Unlike other restaurants, we can tailor events to meet our customer’s needs,” says David Dooley, Russo’s owner. “We can plan anything from private in house wine tastings to a holiday office party. We want everyone to have the stress free experience they are looking for.”
