Casa Linda Alligator Cafe Opens Today

The alligators at the café on Live Oak have ceased snapping as of this past Fat Tuesday and the restaurant went out with a bang and celebrated in high New Orleans fashion. Plan on more celebration tomorrow as Alligator Café will throw down another party to commemorate the opening of their new location in Casa Linda. 

They actually open their doors today, but will have a band and all sorts of fun hullabaloo planned to bring in the weekend.  This is a boom for East Dallas which is experiencing fast yet steady growth.
