Some months ago we asked the craveDFW readers to lend a hand and support the SoupMobile in making sandwiches, and many of you came out to lend a hand. At that time I was touched by the efforts that some of the readers took, including getting their entire office set up in the volunteer effort. You all make a difference.
For those that are not quite the sandwich makers but still wish to help out in feeding the hungry, check out the 3rd Annual SoupMobile Golf Outing at the Frisco Lakes Golf Club at 7170 Anthem Drive, Frisco TX, June 1st from 12pm-5:30pm.
If you are a golfer, this will be a fun way to make sure we take care of those in our community that have special needs. Check out the website to find out how you can help.
