Celebrate The Free Man’s One Year Anniversary

by Jennifer Reynolds

It’s been a year since John Jay Myers took over what was once known as Sol’s Taco Lounge at located at 2626 Commerce St in Deep Ellum. The Free Man is celebrating its one year anniversary by providing all party enthusiasts with the perfect spot to rock out to The Room Sounds with Sugarfoote & Co. You will have a great time and want to keep the partying going all night long.

While there are only three drafts on tap, Black Butte Porter, Shock Top, and Ziegenbock, The Free Man offers enough bottled beer and cocktails to make any liver swell.

While enjoying local sounds on stage, go early and grab one of any number of really nice Cajun or Creole dishes on the menu. The party is tomorrow night, August 4, 2012.

  1. Does the Freeman stay open till 2:00, I forgot?

  2. We love The Freeman – it feels like New Orleans to us. With that place, Cane Rosso, Twisted Root, and Adairs – a nice little piece of a block.
