Dallas, Texas — Beginning August 11, Chef Brian Luscher of The Grape will debut “Luscher’s Post Oak Red Hots ”  With Ms. Verna, the famed BBQ in tow, Chef Brian’s house-made, all natural, Post Oak wood smoked, “South of Chicago” inspired sausages will be available to the masses at the White Rock Local Market.  Pickles, sport peppers, mustards, and other condiments will all be made from scratch with fresh baked buns from Garland based bakery, La Francaise.
