To celebrate the announcement of their new restaurant The Establishment, Brian Williams and Michael Martensen are throwing a little party in the parking lot of the new location at 4513 Travis near Knox in Dallas. The party is Sunday, October 28 from 2 to 6pm and they just announced their list of lucious bivalves for OysterFest 2012 which we list below. The list is extremely impressive and over a dozen in variety.
Malpeques, PEI, Salutations, PEI, Bluepoints, CT, Cotuits, MA, Martha’s Vineyard, MA, Wellfleets, MA, Multiple West Coast, Stingrays, VA, Rappahannock River, VA, Olde Salts, VA, Bar Cats, VA.
In addition to the many varieties of oysters which will be sold at a remarkable price of $1 each, there will also be $5 Palm Beer, $5 Aylesbury Duck Vodka Oyster Shooters and $10 Etoile Sparkling Wine served.
