Sundown at the Granada is the sister restaurant to the iconic Granada Theater, both located on Lower Greenville Avenue. The restaurant has a full menu and a dynamic cocktail program that affords diners a fantastic experience in the funky surroundings. The restaurant is outfitted in reclaimed wood and reflects the attitude of the neighborhood, which has a laid back shine and a bit of a party patina.
Brunch is now served on the weekends, and it is always fun to watch the night life from the epic rooftop bar.
Celebrate 2013 by hitting the incredible party planned with a New Year’s Eve show featuring with Jonathan Tyler & the Northern Lights, Somebody’s Darling and The Quaker City Night Hawks. Tickets are still available for general admission, and there are also VIP tickets for the evening still available.
The good people at the Granada have planned a fun evening for a lucky craveDFW reader and are offering two general admission tickets for the NYE party as well as a $50 credit at Sundown. There won’t be any need to roam the city with this fun package.
Make a comment below to win this gift. Winner will be selected at random Monday, December 24, 2012. For a bonus entry, go to the Granada website and scope out some up-coming bands and tell us who you would like to see.

This would make it so much easier to decide where to go for NYE! (And the Totally 80’s night looks AWESOME.)

Great idea for NYE!
I love Crave. I love the Grenada.
Sundown has the best bartenders around. I couldn’t think of a better place to be on NYE.

I need to make a lot of noise to send out 2012 and welcome in 2013. Things have to be better!

If we survive the Mayan Apocalypse, this would be a perfect New Year’s Eve celebration!
Every time we go to Sundown my boyfriend is like, “let’s split the grilled cheese” and I’m like, “ugh – get your own!”
Also, that Josh Ritter show in March would be a nice treat.
The Mayan Apocolypse concert of This Will Destroy You would be fun tonight, but we’re other wise occupied. Having someplace fun to go on NYE would be great though!
The asteroid that was predicted to hit Earth missed us which saved us from the End of the World. I would love to see the Old 97’s and celebrate with someone special.
2012 was a year full of change. Let’s bring 2013 around to see what it is capable of.
