The Shops at Park Lane seems to be enjoying an infusion of new restaurant and bar activity. Although long time steakhouse tenant Bailey’s locked up for good this week, new venues such as Bowl and Barrel, Grimaldi’s and Park Tavern recently opened. An announced future restaurant which has been anticipated and owned by the same folks at Park Tavern is Boca Chica Tapas. Today we learned of yet another addition that is currently under construction, RARE.
RARE will be an upscale modern sushi restaurant and lounge with a unique interior design. The two- level restaurant will have clean architecture, minimalist design and outdoor seating on both levels. RARE will include a full-service bar in a high energy social gathering venue centered on incredible food, a wide selection of alcoholic beverages and great music. Or at least that is the word they sent us today.
More information as we discover. No opening date was released.
I have watched this place be built, they have spared no exspense, we walked through to see it and nobody bothered us I was very impressed and look forward to the opening..
Keep spreading the word, this is sure to be a great place.

It is open and the food is great. I can’t wait to go back. It is the finest restaurant I have ever seen in Dallas.
I went by this evening and had a blast. Food was great, and we stayed for drinks. Could not have been better..
