DUO – All Things Culinary, that fun kitchen related shop owned by Tracy Rathbun and Lynae Fearing is closing up at the end of the month to make way for a consignment store, Area 25. I chatted a bit with Tracy and she said there were no regrets and that they have been quietly been selling off the inventory over the past few weeks. Go now to see what might be left.
DUO had gained a wonderful reputation for the chef classes held each week which was quite the bargain, and there was a nice wagon train of chefs that passed through to pay their respects and offer intimate groups great cooking tips. The closure will allow the two owners of Shinsei to concentrate more on their restaurant where they have been stepping up the activity over the past few months.
