Chris Maher has an interesting past as an actor, appearing in 16 films, but today he is an award winning chef who has traveled the globe, cooking for such dignitaries at the Dalai Lama HH Tenzin Gyatso and presidents. He runs a unique cooking school in Taos which is spirited and entertaining.
Maher will be in Dallas April 10, 2013 at 3015 at Trinity Groves from 6 to 9pm where you can learn how to create such fanciful New Mexican dishes as Green Chile Stew with Pork, Steak and Potato Relenos, Calabacitas and Biscochitos, the state cookie from New Mexico.
