Al is super-sweet and loves to snuggle. He is ready to give a hug to every person he meets, and will wiggle next to you and prepare for his well-deserved belly rub. Meet Tulsi, a handsome 3-year-old, Domestic Short Hair mix. He has a beautiful blue tabby coat with white on his face, chest, and feet. He has lovely green eyes and the cutest pink nose. Tulsi was surrendered to the SPCA of Texas on April 15th because his previous owners fell on hard economic times and could no longer afford to take care of him. He is a very sweet and loving boy. He loves to have his head and chin scratched. He likes to spend his days lounging in the sun, snuggling in a comfy bed, or looking out the window.
Tulsi is de-clawed on his front feet, so for his own protection, he needs to be an inside cat only. Tulsi is looking for a forever home where he can fill your life with fun, love, and cuddles! Regular adoption fees are $95-125 for puppies 0-6 months, $75-95 for adult dogs 6 months or older, $50 for senior dogs 7 years or older, $50 for VIP dogs, $95 for kittens, $75 for adult cats, $50 for senior cats 7 years and older and $50 for VIP cats. Fee includes spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, a heartworm test for dogs six months and older, initial heartworm preventative for dogs, a feline leukemia test for cats four months and older, a microchip, a rabies tag and a free leash or cat carrier.
