There Have Been A Few Moves In Dallas Hospitality

enamby Steven Doyle

There have been a few moves recently in the Dallas hospitality world and we are happy to report on a few of these today.

Do you miss Charlie Palmer Maître d’hôtel Enam Chowdhury? I was happy when I saw him working the room at Bistro 31 in Highland Park Village this weekend. Enam is a wonderful host and a perfect addition to the restaurant.

Looking for ex-Oak exec chef Jason Maddy? We spotted him in the Cedars Social kitchen this weekend. No one has confirmed his status as of yet, but it was good to see him none the less.

Another Charlie Palmer alum has landed at a new position. Super Chef Scott Romano has reportedly left his post as corporate chef for the Nick and Sam’s brand to be top toque at the Frisco Gun Club. You remember the gun club we reported on many months ago that will be more of a country club than a shooting range.

More cool moves in the works and we will report on those once we have confirmation.
