This week on craveRADIO we will host Gene and Julie who own Battuto, the new and hip Italian restaurant in North Dallas. The power couple will discuss their cuisine, new menu and new chef. We also hope they are able to give us some nifty tips on how to improve our radio program since they are veterans from their own program that was on 103.7 for so many years.
Also on the show we will learn about the upcoming Oktoberfest in Addison, and chat with John Slaughter who reps Paulaner Beer, the new beer sponsor at the festival. Slaughter will share some of the unique history of beer as a part of the Oktoberfest celebration, and how that beer is made. And we will visit with the new Fried Food King Isaac Rousso, who has received national acclaim for his unique creations at the State Fair of Texas, will be taking the helm at the new Draught Haus at Addison Oktoberfest. Rousso will bring in a few tasty treats to share and talk about all the fun in creating an indoor German Biergarten experience for Oktoberfest visitors.
