Tomorrow, September 18 is National Cheeseburger Day. I thought we just celebrated that a few months back with another story, but apparently that was National Hamburger Day. Big difference! Any reason for us to celebrate with a meaty sandwich filled with choice ingredients makes us happy.
We have a few suggestions how to celebrate the day on the cheap, and it will also give you a reason to check out some restaurants you may not have otherwise visited. Mutts Cantina is located at 2889 Cityplace West Blvd. in Uptown, and they are offering you a $2 cheeseburger. This is all day and dine-in only. It will be a nice day, so perhaps this for lunch.
The sister restaurant to Mutts is Bowl and Barrel located at 8084 Park Lane. Might we suggest you trying this out for dinner while knocking down a few pins and big beers. This burger is also two bucks.
Have a happy cheese filled burger day tomorrow.
Thank you!
Snuffers burgers, cooked to order, on poppy seed bun, choose between 1/4 or 1/2 pound size, and fresh cut fries……it doesn’t get any better. Also, very good wood grilled burgers at Rathbun’s Blue Plate Kitchen, fresh cut fries.
