pappas

On Friday January 10th, Pappas Bros. Steakhouse is holding a tasting of 14+ examples of America’s most popular red wine, Cabernet Sauvignon. The selection is A-grade as the announcement below attests. Most are from that epicenter of American Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley. However, don’t overlook the three Sonoma examples, and perhaps the most intriguing is the Casa Madero from Mexico!

If you are planning on stocking of on Cabernet, we recommend this event as a great opportunity to sample a worthy selection. Hors d’Oeuvres are included. Pappas’ has the highest trained sommeliers in town and they will be pouring, so expect insight and reliable answers to your questions.
