Coppell is home to a growing population of local and fresh dining. The latest to join ranks is Simmer located at 723 West Main Street and will feature modern comfort food, owned by Steve Cammack. Simmer is set to open for luncheon service at 11:30 Wednesday morning.
Simmer will offer no-nonsense but well constructed cocktails, 11 beers on taps as well as 21 in bottles.Look for seasonal fare from the menu that will be printed bi-weekly. The idea is an affordable and reasonable dining experience that should play very well in the Coppell community.
