From the first keg tap Friday, Oct. 31, to the inaugural Brewer’s Ball Nov. 7, to last call on Sunday, Nov. 9, North Texans will have hundreds of opportunities to celebrate North Texas Beer Week’s cheers to craft beer at participating venues across the region.

“North Texas is home to many nationally recognized craft breweries and beers, and North Texas Beer week is a time to highlight and responsibly celebrate that homegrown talent,” said Matt Dixon, board member of North Texas Beer Week and Dallas Brew Scene. “There’s something for everyone to enjoy, from the novice to the expert craft beer drinker.”

More than 75 venues across the DFW metroplex – from breweries and bars, to restaurants and retail locations – will offer special events including brewery tours, live music, art shows, rare tappings, tastings, beer releases, and opportunities to engage with and learn from brewers. Untapped Dallas music and beer festival and Ommegang’s Hop Chef national food and beer pairing competition are among the major events taking place during North Texas Beer Week.

For a more intimate evening with the craft beer industry’s most distinguished individuals, the inaugural Brewer’s Ball will showcase the master talent behind 40 local and national breweries, with food from 12 top area restaurants. The exclusive semi-formal event will take place Friday, Nov. 7, in the newly renovated ballroom at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel.

Brewer’s Ball tickets are all-inclusive and available for purchase on the North Texas Beer Week website. This rare opportunity to mingle with the brewing world’s elite is capped at 500 attendees and expected to sell out soon.

To begin planning for the week, visit the interactive North Texas Beer Week Events page. The site allows users to tailor an event search based on date, category or specific breweries.
