Ketel One Crafts A Fun Evening At House of MacGregor

Earlier this week we were invited guests of a special event with Ketel One Vodka, and we had a chance to chat with their brand ambassador, Brookelynn Rossman who set up the program which took place at Bolsa and their neighbor just above the restaurant, the House of MacGregor. The event, which was mostly attended by local bartenders, was to drive home the fact that Ketel One is a specially crafted vodka.

This particular Ketel One event had the bartenders creating their own hats at the House of MacGregor, the absolute best millinery in North Texas. In fact, most of the chapeaus you find adorned on your favorite barmen typically come from Cassie MacGregor’s shop in Oak Cliff.

“In each market the brand ambassadors have total autonomy on the platform that we build our events around.  This particular event was built round craftsmanship. Craftsmanship is very important to our brand,” said Rossman.

Ketel One is made by the Nolet Distillery in Schiedam, the Netherlands, and is distilled from 100% wheat in copper pot stills, filtered over loose charcoal, and rests in tile lined tanks until ready. A true bit of craftsmanship in itself.

“I have known Cassie MacGregor for over a year and have always wanted to build an event around her because she makes these wonderful high end, hand crafted hats, which aligns with our brand at Ketel One,” Rossan continued.

Bolsa also makes a fine hand crafted cocktail, which we enjoyed a few made from the featured spirit.

Rossman has created some amazing events in the past, some of which she has invited readers of craveDFW, including a special day of glassblowing.
