The Dallas chapter of the International Wine & Food Society is holding their next event, “Discovering the Beauty of Washington Wines” this Saturday from 5pm to 7pm at Stoney’s Wine Lounge. The tasting will feature excellent wines from the state of Washington and a spread of heavy hors d’oeuvres, followed by a performance by the Plus One Jazz Group at 8pm.
A limited number of tickets are available to members and non-members through the Eventbrite link.
The IW&FS is one of the oldest gastronomic societies in the world, with over 6,000 members in thirty countries. The group promotes an understanding of fine wine and food in a friendly, unpretentious environment, holding 6-10 events per year from casual tastings to black tie sit-down dinners. Non-members are invited to join after attending at least one event.
