CBD Provisions and Texas craft brewery Lakewood Brewing Co. collaborate for one-night only on an evening celebrating the best of modern Texas fare paired with award-winning craft brews.
Menu highlights include Lakewood Brewing Co.’s La Dame Du Lac, a Biere de Garde, or strong pale ale. The beer is no longer in production and boasts rustic, tart notes and a dry finish. It will be paired with a selection of house-made provisions including fresh cheese, sausages, and smoked fish. The Holiday Bonus, a seasonal porter with a semi-sweet chocolate finish, will be paired with roasted and fresh vegetables and raclette from Eagle Mountain Farmhouse Cheese in Texas Hill Country.
Lakewood Brewing Co.’s Greta Wise will be on hand to speak to the beers being served and answer guest questions. $65.00 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Tuesday, March 10; evening begins at 6pm. Reservations are required.
