Haute Sweets Patisserie Grand Opening Tonight


Chef Gianni Santin and Chef Tida Pichakron teamed up to form Haute Sweets Patisserie. Now located in Old Lake Highlands, Haute Sweets Patisserie provides high-end desserts, French Macarons, wedding cakes, and specialty cakes for the DFW Metroplex. They use only the freshest and finest ingredients to make some of the most amazing treats, including Paleo and Gluten-free desserts.

Between the two, they have been featured on TLC’s Fabulous Cakes, competed on Food Network Challenge Sugar Inventions and Extreme Pirate Cakes, and Food Network Sugar Dome. They are excited to be a part of the evolution of Dallas becoming an international culinary destination.  


Haute Sweets Patisserie, formerly operating out of the event facility and catering kitchen 3015 at Trinity Groves, is moving into its own kitchen and retail space in the East Dallas area, at Northwest Highway and Ferndale/Easton.

Haute Sweets entered the market primarily supplying desserts to premier hotels and restaurants but quickly gained exposure to the consumer market through word of mouth, local events, and White Rock Local Markets (now Good Local Markets).

“We have had quite a number of customers walking into 3015 at Trinity Groves looking for our French Macarons and other treats they heard about or experienced at an event. So, thanks to all of the wonderful support, we decided to look for a space to expand our production volume for our wholesale customers as well as provide a retail storefront. We were very fortunate to find a place in the Lake Highlands/White Rock area that was previously the Cheesecake Love/Cake Ball Company. We’ve renovated the kitchen and created a cozy retail space that we are so very excited to share with everyone. We even added a window into the kitchen so you can watch us hard at work making all the sweet things that make you happy.”

The official Grand Opening of Haute Sweets Patisserie is today, March, 11, 2015 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at 10230 E. Northwest Hwy, Dallas. There will be complimentary Hors d’oeuvres, Wine, Beer, Coffee, and of course, desserts.
