Paul Fleming announced plans to open Paul Martin’s American Grill in Dallas in the Turtle Creek neighborhood. This is the first location for Paul Martin’s American Grill in Texas. The concept was co-founded by Paul Fleming, who has opened other national restaurants including P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and Pei Wei Asian Diner.

Paul Martin’s serves American classics with a fresh twist using only the highest quality, peak-of-the-season ingredients. The menu will rotate seasonally with the finest produce, seafood from sustainable fisheries, free-range and natural meats and poultry. Fleming’s passion for wine has also played an integral part in crafting the restaurant’s renowned wine list comprised of over 100 labels, 80 of which are available by the glass.

“We are excited to continue our expansion in 2015 and to introduce ourselves to Texas,” said Anthony Smith, President-Partner of Paul Martin’s American Grill. “We’re eager to be a part of the Dallas community and believe that our made-from-scratch concept and traditional cooking methods will be appreciated.”

The new location will encompass 6,000+ square feet and feature a seasonal menu of contemporary American dishes and hand-crafted cocktails. The new space will also include a large bar area and an outdoor patio for seasonal entertaining.

Paul Martin’s Dallas will be located in the Turtle Creek neighborhood on the corner of Oaklawn Avenue and Blackburn Street.
