One of our favorite pizzas in Dallas is the new Zalat, owned and located on Fitzhugh next to Dalat, the hip Vietname restaurant that has everyone well fed deep into the night time, has made a slight change in their hours. Until today Zalat was running daily from 4pm to 4am.
The new hours will have the restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday, then 4pm to 4am Wednesday through Friday. The lunch hours are added Saturday and Sunday, open 11am to 4am. During football season, owner Khanh Nguyen promises to be open Mondays. Nguyen also said he will add online ordering this week in addition to his current texting service.
One very special pizza you may wish to sample is named after Crave. Now we want pizza.
