Salata opened its new Fort Worth location on June 15, 2015. The new salad bar, located on Berry Street, will be the second Salata to open in Fort Worth. The new Fort Worth Salata restaurant, the growing chain’s 44th location nationwide, is owned and operated by Salata franchisee Raul Ruiz.
“We look forward to bringing Salata to Texas Christian University students and the surrounding community,” says Raul Ruiz, Salata franchisee owner. “We’ve experienced huge success with our Sundance Square location and believe that our customizable salads and wraps will continue to be popular among the Fort Worth community. Salata will bring diversity to Berry Street with its focus on healthy and convenient eating.”
Salata restaurants offer completely customizable salads and salad wraps made with a variety of more than 50 fresh, healthy ingredients. Unlike its competitors, salads and wraps are assembled and tossed by staff and then sold for a set price rather than by weight. Freshly prepared soups, fresh-baked breads and desserts are also available. All locations are gluten-free certified and, in late 2014, vegan proteins were added to the lineup.
