From the same owners of Mudsmith, Barcadia, and It’ll Do, Pints and Quarts opened their doors today. The kitschy burger joint is located on the south west corner of Ross and Greenville Avenue. The restaurant focuses on burgers and dogs, but also features a full bar with plenty of beer taps and cool cocktails.
The restaurant takes on a retro gas station theme, which is exactly what the building was originally.
Check out these hand cut fries, fried pickle spears and a beautiful applewood smoked bacon and fried green tomato burger that is drizzled with a dill ranch dressing.
Look for solid fast casual burgers, flat top dogs with a good all-in price point below $10.
We asked owner Brooke Humphries who created the menus and she said,”Ashley Robinson and John Eger (formerly of Ten Bells) helped finish out what was in my head [with the food menu]. Julie Campbell (who is beverage director for all my companies) and Brianna Larson (director of Mudsmith’s) worked out the cocktails. It was a total team effort.”
