Richard Graff Named Exec Chef at Meddlesome Moth

Meddlesome Moth has named Richard Graff the Executive Chef of the New American gastropub located in Dallas’ Design District. Graff most recently held the position of executive sous chef at Gemma which garnered multiple accolades during his tenure from its inception in 2013.

Following culinary school, Graff worked at George Restaurant before moving to Craft at the W Hotel where he advanced from chef de partie to sous chef and ultimately catering chef. Graff accepted the position of chef de cuisine at Cook Hall in 2012.  

“We are very excited to have Chef Richard in the kitchen at Meddlesome Moth,” says Shannon Wynne who owns and operates the restaurant along with partners Keith Schlabs and Larry Richardson. “We value his talents and experience and look forward to seeing his influences on the Moth menus.”

Meddlesome Moth features a chef-driven menu showcasing a diverse variety of shared plates and entrees including the popular meat pies, PEI mussels, stick meats, fish and chips and other unique fare. Named ”Best Beer Place in the World for 2012” by renowned beer expert Stephen Beaumont, the Moth offers 40 craft beers on tap and more than 80 bottled varieties, hand-selected wine list and classic signature cocktails.

Meddlesome Moth is located at 1621 Oak Lawn Avenue in the Dallas Design District. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 11am-midnight, Friday and Saturday 11am-2pm and Sunday 10am-10pm.
