If you have been anticipating the opening of Industry Alley, that wait is over. Last week owner Charlie Papaceno received his official certificate of occupancy from the City of Dallas, the last of the legal hoops one needs to jump through when opening a bar or restaurant. Papeceno told craveDFW that he will open his doors this Sunday through Wednesday from 4pm to 2am as a soft opening to put his fresh staff to the test.
Papaceno is considered the father of the craft cocktail movement in Dallas, one who has elevated and inspired many in the business such as 86 Brand Jason Kosmas, “Eddie “Lucky” Campbell from Parlaiment and many more.
Industry Alley is located at 1713 South Lamar in the bustling Cedars area of Dallas.
