Ruth’s Chris Steak House had its grand opening of its Uptown location yesterday beginning with a Sizzle, Swizzle and Swirl Happy Hour at 4:30pm, then opened for Dinner Service at 5pm. The restaurant is located at 1900 Cedar Springs on the ground floor of the Miro luxury residential high-rise.
Known for signature Prime Steaks served sizzling on 500° plates (so they stay warm through the very last bite), fresh salads, sides, and daily created-from-scratch desserts, Ruth’s Chris will bring extra sizzle to Uptown Dallas with new menu selections. New items such as the crab stack appetizer, colossal seafood tower, roasted Brussels sprouts, lobster mac ‘n’ cheese and signature cuts of beef like the impressive 40 ounce Tomahawk Ribeye and the bone-in New York Strip are expected to be some of the menu’s most popular highlights. In addition, Ruth’s Chris will feature an $8 “Sizzle, Swizzle, Swirl” Happy Hour Sunday through Friday.

The Happy Hour is a fantastic bargain for those who dine early (4:30 to 6:30pm) with some hefty offerings including their Crab BLT with Zucchini Fries, Steak Sandwich, or their Tenderloin Skewer Salad. In addition to the marvelous bites, there is a solid cocktail menu shaken and stirred to our delight. Great wine selection at a fair mark up as well.
