Have a Chocolaty Holiday!

DallasChocoXmasWrapped

DallasChocolate.org is sharing its love of artisan chocolate this holiday season with a five-bar all-Texas chocolate collection. Called “Friends with Chocolate,” the curated collection features bars from top chocolate makers and chocolatiers from around the Lone Star State. DallasChocolate.org founder, Sander Wolf, has called upon prominent chocolatiers and Dallas Chocolate Festival favorites to assemble this collection. The result is a unique set of bars sure to delight lovers of chocolate and artisan small businesses. Each chocolatier had their own take on holiday flavors, and no two in the collection are alike. What they do have in common: rich, dark chocolate and the finest ingredients.

The handcrafted bars in the collection include: “Kate-y Trail Mix” bar with peanut butter, pretzels and nuts from Kate Weiser of Kate Weiser Chocolate (Dallas); cranberry & orange from Sue Williams of Dr. Sue’s Chocolate (Grapevine); toasted coconut & cherries from Kevin Wenzel of Wiseman House Chocolate (Hico); gingerbread in stone  ground chocolate from Bob Williamson of SRSLY Chocolate (Austin); and peppermint with cocoa nib crunch from Troy Easton of Sublime Chocolate (Allen).

The set comes nicely wrapped and tied with a ribbon. It makes a unique gift for any foodie on your list. And, it is a fantastic way to help support some of the finest artisans in Texas. As Wolf points out, “That has always been the mission of DallasChocolate.org: to educate people about craft chocolate, one bar at a time. Or, in this case, five bars at a time!”

There are only 175 “Friends with Chocolate” sets available, so order today at dallaschocolate.org. For orders of 10 or more contact sales@dallaschocolate.org.
