Color: Deep Amber
Nose: Vanilla, honey, clove, mint, light caramel, deep dry oak, licorice, and a bit of spiced orange peel.
Palate: Very comparative to the nose – Vanilla, honey, clove, toffee, nutmeg, spearmint, full of rye and oak spices very well meshed together – Smooth and soft with a wonderful balance of both sweetness and spices.
Finish: Long with spices and a pleasant oak.

Whistle Pig is amazing! Incredible to drink straight or put in a very simple cocktail that shows off its unique flavor profiles, such as an Old Fashioned or a Sazerac. I’ve never owned a bottle, but I would love to win one!
