Chef David Anthony Temple (Chef DAT), a celebrated Dallas chef known for hosting exclusive, palate-pleasing underground dinners across the country, will host an underground dinner with 100% of profit and collected donations going directly to those affected by the recent flooding in Baton Rouge, as well as the The Church at St. Amant & The Miracle Church in Baker.
The underground dinner costs $65 per person, and Chef DAT will also be collecting additional donations to aid those in need.

Chef DAT was born in Baton Rouge and maintains a strong connection with the people and land of Louisiana. Tens of thousands of Baton Rouge residents were recently evacuated from their homes as deadly floods claimed lives across the city. The US Coast Guard rescued more than 20,000 civilians during the initial days of the flooding. Additionally,
Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards mobilized the National Guard with more than 1,700 soldiers stepping in to help with search and rescue efforts, and President Obama declared a state of emergency.
