Community Beer Company is hosting a Craft Beer & Artisan Cheese Pairing tomorrow, October 20th from 6 to 9pm. They are bringing back Cheesemonger, Ali Cameron, from Prodigal Farms, as she continues her quest to bring together our favorite fermentables: cheese and beer.
The brewery will feature 4 unique craft brews, each paired with a complimentary and contrasting cheese. There will be informative back stories of the styles, descriptions of taste profiles, and general discussion of the artisinal goods with brewers and industry experts. That’s 4 beers, 8 cheeses for only $30.
