Moxie’s Grill & Bar Opening in Crescent

Moxie’s Grill & Bar, owned by Dallas Stars proprietor Tom Gaglardi, today announced the opening of its first U.S. location at The Crescent in Dallas, Texas this November, bringing 150 jobs to Dallas.

Opening at The Crescent is the perfect way for Moxie’s to join the popular uptown dining scene.”

Moxie’s will bring international-inspired dishes created with local ingredients to DallasLocal purveyors include Empire Baking Company, Ascension Coffee and third generation butcher, Lone Star Meats, who provides the USDA Prime Steaks at the restaurant.

The chef-driven menu features a range of classic offerings and creative items created by executive chef Brandon Thordarson. Menu highlights include Sushi Cones with tempura shrimp, fresh avocado, nori and ponzu, Red Thai Curry Bowl with stir-fried veggies, jasmine rice and curry-buttered naan, Seared Ginger Tuna Salad with rare ahi tuna, edamame beans, avocado, daikon, cashews and cucumber ponzu emulsion and Korean Fried Cauliflower with spicy gochujang pepper sauce and jalapeno lime dip.

Guests will enjoy craft cocktails and an extensive wine list curated by Moxie’s certified sommelier and national beverage director, Kim Spence.

Along with its variety of weekday options, Moxie’s will offer a weekend brunch menu that will feature items such as Pancetta & Aged White Cheddar Benedict with pancetta bacon, hollandaise, hashbrowns and fresh fruit, Sicilian Sausage Hash with poached eggs topped with hollandaise, rosti potatoes + multigrain toast and rise-n-shine sipping options such as Pomegranate Beet Soda with pomegranate beets, shaved cucumber, cranberry and sparkling water and the refreshing Paloma with tequila reposado, fresh lemon and lime and grapefruit soda.

To add to its prime Uptown location just minutes from American Airlines Center and Downtown Dallas, Moxie’s sophisticated interior will include an ample dining room and a vibrant lounge area which includes more than 20 televisions and live indoor trees. Moxie’s will also feature a wraparound patio and outdoor bar accommodating up to 160 people.

Moxie’s is located at 100 Crescent Court, Suite 140 in Dallas and will be open for brunch, lunch and dinner. Moxie’s will host four job fairs at The Crescent, Tuesday, October 25 through Friday, October 28 from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. each day. The restaurant is looking to hire for all kitchen, restaurant and lounge positions.
