Care to dive into some terrific pizza while enjoying a nice craft beer? Yea, me too. Taverna Rossa Craft Pizza and Beer and Dallas’ own Four Corners Brewing host a five-course, beer-paired dinner on Monday, February 13 beginning at 6pm. Courses are:

Baked Triple Cream Brie, Fresh Thyme and Serrano-infused Maple Syrup with Toasted Focaccia

Second – Super Chingon Special Release

Fried Green Tomatoes with Crispy Pork Belly, House-made Pimiento Cheese and Hopped Sweet Tomato Jam

Third – Noble Cock Belgian Quad

Hand torn Duck Breast Slider with Bok Choy Cashew Asian Slaw

Fourth – Whiskey Barrel Aged Heart of Texas

Beer Braised Spare Ribs served over Sweet Corn Poblano Succotash

Fifth – Notorious O.A.T. Stout

Deep Fried Strawberry and Nutella French Toast with O.A.T. Reduction
