Recently we heard from the CEO of Eatzi’s Market & Bakery, Adam Romo who shared with us his favorite go-to items in his own store. He also shared with us the fact there will be a new Eatzi’s in the Preston-Royal Shopping Center at 6025 Royal Lane this October.
On-The-Go
Eatzi’s hand-rolled, fresh made sushi is perfect to grab when I’m in a hurry and eating on the run — which I do quite often! My favorite rolls we offer are the Salmon Avocado Hawaiian Roll and the Shrimp Lovers Roll.
Healthy Eating
I typically go for the Grilled Salmon, Grilled Pork Chops, and the grass-fed, hormone-free New York Strip Steak. I choose the Green Bean Salad to go along with it. These are all lean choices that are fantastic options. All are healthy yet have great flavor!
An Indulgence
I absolutely love the daily pasta specials at the grill, where I can make my own custom pasta dish based on what I’m craving. I also love when Fridays roll around, because that means I can enjoy the Sausage and Pepper Pizza on our famous Pizza Fridays. The Sunday Fried Chicken special is also to die for.
Desserts
I inherited a voracious sweet tooth from my mother, and I am particularly fond of all our fresh-made cookies. You’ve also got to try our red velvet cake, coconut cream pie, or passion fruit cake—those are my favorites.
