Ojeda’s Celebrates 48 Years Family Style

Family-owned and operated for 48 years, Ojeda’s Mexican Restaurant announces its anniversary celebration will take place Tuesday, April 18 at all four locations. Special deals for patrons will include $4.80 enchilada dinners, $4.80 margarita mugs, and .48 cent sopapillas. Deals are good all day for dine-in only. Mariachi’s will play live music from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Dallas location at 4617 Maple Ave. 

Ojeda’s was founded by Ben and Cecilia Ojeda in 1969. The original Dallas location was located down the street at the corner of Maple Ave. and Lucas St. The restaurant is currently run by Ben and Cecilia’s remaining children and grandchildren.

With its strong reputation in the community and abroad, and its many loyal customers, Ojeda’s has seen many famous faces walk through, including Jack Nicholson, Johnny Mathis, Dr. Phil, Maya Angelou, many Dallas Cowboys, and former President Bill Clinton.
