Hudson House, the first full service restaurant by Hunter Pond, founder of East Hampton Sandwich Co, along with partners Kyle Brooks, Wes Freeman, Hank Keller and Justin Hollis,  is now open daily for happy hour and dinner. Located in the Park Cities area of Dallas at 4448 Lovers Lane, the East Coast inspired neighborhood restaurant serves an all-American menu along with a raw bar specializing in East Coast oysters and classic cocktails.

Pond says, “ This is a true passion project for me. Finding a location only a few blocks from my childhood home makes it even more special. We are very happy how it turned out and look forward to adding both breakfast and lunch hours in the coming weeks.” With what Pond calls an “old-school casual” design and menu, Hudson House offers straight-forward and timeless dishes. The oyster and cocktail bar are connected as one and run the length of the dining room, which is made up of mostly comfortable booth and banquette seating.

Pond says the homey yet sophisticated restaurant was inspired by the “neighborhood joints of the West Village in New York City.” Serving a variety of items from “The Cheeseburger” and “Chicken Parm” to a “Royal Seafood Tower”, Hudson House appeals to many audiences. He continues, “ We intended for this to be a place where guests can come with their family and return for a date-night or night-cap”

“Jack’s Bar”, a small 4-seat bar where guests can have a drink while waiting or a table or to-go order is in the rear of the restaurant and has a dedicated entrance.
