Where to Celebrate Hot Fudge Sundae Day

lwarys

Today is National Hot Fudge Sundae Day, and what better way to celebrate than with a side of prime rib? Lawry’s has a pretty terrific one with a cooling history.

The storied sundae was introduced at Lawry’s original Beverly Hills location and is served with fudge from fellow storied California icon, C.C. Brown’s Ice Cream Parlor. Lawry’s purchased the fudge recipe after the beloved Hollywood Blvd parlor closed after 90 years in business. For more than two decades, Lawry’s has preserved C.C. Brown’s rich sundae legacy + serves the treat tableside with nuts, whipped cream, and of course, the original C.C. Brown’s Hot Fudge. Guests pour their own toppings on for an interactive (and highly Instagram-able) experience.
In celebration of National Hot Fudge Sundae Day, guests who dine at Lawry’s Dallas on Tues/July 25 will receive a complimentary jar of C.C. Brown’s Hot Fudge with purchase of dinner + a Hot Fudge Sundae (limit two per table).

Don’t forget the side of prime rib.
