Diners in Grapevine, Southlake and surrounding areas will soon have a a fantastic steakhouse experience at their doorstep.
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is opening its third location in North Texas this December at 2400 West State Highway 114 in Grapevine. The 10,000-square-foot restaurant will accommodate roughly 400 patrons in the spacious new venue.
Perry’s fans will discover a stunning new look and feel unique to the Grapevine location. From the vibrant color palette to its exquisite use of glass, lighting and other textures, every detail in the restaurant was deliberately selected to create an inviting environment that the local community will appreciate, whether they’re enjoying Pork Chop Friday Lunch, a business meeting or an elegant celebration. The restaurant will also feature sweeping sight-lines throughout the main dining room, views of Bar 79 through a towering wine wall and glimpses of Perry’s chefs working their magic in the kitchen.

Since 1979, Perry’s has remained true to its roots with its butcher-fresh USDA Aged Prime Beef and signature tableside carving presentations, including Perry’s Famous Pork Chop – a mouthwatering chop measuring seven fingers high. Its vibrant Bar 79 (named after Perry’s founding year) offers an extensive wine list, craft beers and handcrafted cocktails, live music, a spacious patio, and Social Hour 79 weekdays from 4 – 7 p.m. and Sundays from 4 – 9 p.m.
Each of the Grapevine location’s four private dining rooms maintains the restaurant’s distinctive ambiance, offering unique dining experiences for groups large and small, from business meetings to expansive family celebrations.
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille currently has two North Texas locations: at 2000 McKinney Ave. in Uptown Dallas and 2440 Parkwood Blvd.
